I was not even here for a month when my problems here began.

My car was broken into and the stereo was stolen. I complained about their Crime Strike officers never patrolling. They started strolling around the property in the day and then were never seen at night.

An employee misinformed me of my rent payment date and the staff admitted the person did this and that they were fired for things like this. However, they did not let up on late charges because it was "already in the computer and we don't have the codes to change it." After 15 days, they still didn't plan on telling me it was considered late.

I made my payment with a money order and they call me three days later saying they never got it and that I need to pay them.

My toilet flooded my third day of being here in the morning and was not fixed until that night. (Try going a day without a bathroom.) This place does not prove itself safe and the staff are horrible to deal with. They'll admit their own employee did something wrong and never take up for it and fix it because "it's already in the computer." Do not trust this place. I have not had similar management or maintanence problems, but I will agree that the Crime Strike security team could do a better job of patroling the area. I used to see them pretty often, but I have not seen a crime strike officer in months now. I am not home during the day, so maybe that is when they are around.

I have been a resident here for 3 years and have never had problems like this. Its too bad their car was broke into but that can happen anywhere but I dont see that its managements fault. Management has been nothing but pleasant and has attentive to my needs.

I have lived at Huntington Lakes for almost 4 years now and have not experienced any problems. The grounds here are extremely well taken care of, management is very caring about the property and us tenants and the maint. men are awsome. They have crime strike here which will even come out for a loud music complaint. I think that is pretty good. Sorry he or she had a bad experience but for the most part this is the next best thing to call home for me@!

well i have been here 2 years and have noticed a DECLINE is Crime Strike patrolling .... The next door complex residents always come across and uses the pools ... they come across through a broken wooden fence that they break in order to come across... its on going problem and nothing is ever done to stop this ... The Pools are always invaded from THUGS from Whisper Creek Apartments which is next door ... as a female this problem is not a good thing.. actually its not a good thing for anyone thinking of renting here.

i just have one question,, why do you still live there and have lived there for 2 years if your opinion of them is like that? i myself live there also and i see the maint. man out there repairing the fence and for the pools that goes for every pool out there , why people even come off the street to swim where i used to live! how can they stop that unless they had a lifeguard? if that is all you have to wine about then it sounds like a good place for me to continuing staying!
