I have lived here almost 5 years with little complaints.

PROS: Staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance service is immediate! Parking is never a problem. Security has improved drastically in the past couple of years with the increased presence of patrols. Haven't or seen of any vehicle or apt. break in's in at least a year or two. My apartment has a decent layout.
CONS: Landscaping is starting to go downhill. They need to replant the grass & fix some muddy drainage problem areas at the sidewalks. Gate works only half the time. Don't leave valuables in the car, the neighborhood can be a little shaky sometimes, as it is nestled between $200,000 homes, serene parks, and low rent ghettoplexes.
