I have lived here for about 3 years and I I looked EVERYWHERE before I leased here. I thought this property was the nicest and now I KNOW it is! I love my apartment, the management has always been very nice and maintenance responds very quick (which is very important to me) I have met so many wonderful people here. This is a very quiet and calm place. Like anywhere in Dallas, "questionable" neighborhoods are not far away... but once you pull in the front gate its like a different place. Management simply does not allow any of the BS that alot of apartment managers overlook because they simply don't care. This world is crazy and Im sure your not safe anywhere... but I do feel comfortable here. Id recommend it!
