I have lived in my apartment for a couple of years now. Management has changed about three times since I've lived there- they are rude and not very smart! Parking is a never-ending problem. People park on the firelanes and it's a problem trying to get out of parking spots because people are parked all over. This not only unfair, it is so dangerous if there were to be a fire. The fire department closest to the apartments have a huge fire truck (almost the size of an 18 wheeler), there is no way that truck can get by if these cars park the way they have been. We have parking tags that are not respected, people park all over with or without tags and in the handicapped parking stops without proper tags. Guests park whereever the heck they want. Tenants have more than 4 cars at a time. Management has been informed of this problem by several tenants, but nothing is done about it. A friend of mine works near by and the office people go by for lunch sometimes. She mentioned she knew a couple of people at those apts. "Management" informed her (she is not a tenant) that they will "remodel and improve" the apartments in the next year and increase rent to market value. I believe this is ridiculous because of the area these apts are in, because management is so unprofessional, because they will probably end up losing ALL the tenants that have been there for years if rent is going to increase $200 and up at once, and because they I think it's very UNPROFESSIONAL for management to inform outside people of what their future plans are with these apartments and not informing the most important people -the tenants. I'm very dissapointed because when I moved in, these apartments were so nice and management was so nice and worried about the tenants, now they act like they are doing us (the tenants) a favor by allowing us to live there, they forget that we pay good money to live there and that without us, they have no business! If they continue to run the apts the way they do, they will soon have to close down, or change management once more!!!

It sounds like you are unhappy, maybe its time that you change, i know a few people that live here, and none of this has been said to anyone. the times that i have been there it is gorgeous,i have seen a fire truck on property once, and they didnt have problems getting onto the property. I have also been in the office and the managment here is wonderful. It doesnt matter where you go , mostly all apartment communities have parking issues.it looks like they have garages there, maybe you should invest in one.

Well, dallaslove84 what is your purpose on being on this cite? Let me guess, you are related to The Management. People normally view this site because they are looking for an apartment, you in the other hand want to fight people with negative post. You have responded to two reviews that I believe to be credible because their issue is the same and I think it is fair as well. Dallaslove84, here is a suggestion, tell your employer to fix the problems, then you should get a life. And no, DPD do not fly above apartments on the regular or knock on your door looking for suspects everyday.

High crime rate, High crime rtae, High Crime Rate. DANGER, DANGER, DANGER. There is incredibly bad management, actually it is Non-Management. The only management duties performed are that they collect rent, PERIOD. Managment staff are liars, liars, liars. The new manager is a serious JOKE, she needs to go away and let a real manager that gives a darn manage this property. Call the Dallas Police Department and check the crime rate in the area and on the property....then you will know the truth that this is a dangerous place to live and you won't make the mistake of moving here. Residents are robbed at gunpoint on this property, cars broken into and they won't hire any security. DOn't waste your time or your hard earned money or your life.
