I WOULD NOT recommend or suggest that anyone consider living here !!! The management company is HORRIBLE; they don't do anything to keep the residents happy; they continue to increase your rent, they do not keep up the grounds on the property, they are so cheap that if something needs to be replaced in your apartment, mainteance has to take items from other units or sister properties to repair your issue. Except for Lisa, the front office is rude, entirely unprofessional and show no respect towards you as the resident; not to mention there is an EXTREME turnover in staff. They are desperate for residents because they are moving in trash which has brought the property down. In addition, there have been several burgularies to apartments as well as cars, and someone has even been robbed by gun point !! The apartment space is good but the walls are so thin and are not well insulated; so expect your electricity bill to be high. They have a towing company that tows cars around the clock if your tags or inspection sticker is expired !!! WTF So if you are thinking about moving here....THINK TWICE
