This place was decent when we moved in almost two years ago. Since then, rent has gone way up, sometimes accompanied by extra water/trash fees have been improperly charged to tenants in the middle of lease terms. I've found that in-apartment maintenance is still OK, but the grounds are no longer kept as trim or clean.

Don't let them try to sell you on the pool or fitness center. Last summer, one pool was closed about 80% of the time, and the other one was closed about 50% of the time. The spa areas almost never work, so they remain at same temperature as the pool water. The fitness center has around four or five treadmills. The thing is, last I checked, only one was working.

Also, be aware that the sound insulation is sorely lacking for a newer complex. You will definitely hear more than you want from your neighbors above and below you. Parking is virtually non-existent on weekday evenings; there are no reserved spots. Depending on where your apartment is, be prepared for long walks with heavy grocery bags.

Perhaps the biggest problem is the extraordinary turnover of people in the leasing office. Everytime I walk in there it seems there is a different head manager. Not one employee remains from two years ago when we moved in. The management team at this moment is especially unhelpful and incompetent. Good thing we are moving out soon!
