Ok, I will keep it to the facts...
- gate is always broken and security is a joke...anyone can get in and they do!
- Pool was working a whole week before it closed up and never opened again...bummer!
- Fitness room is a joke, there really is 3 treadmills and only 1 works...barely.
- High turnover of office staff, you go in and they don't even know you or what you pay for rent...apparently everyone there pays a different amount for rent.
- Started nice, nice people and got more and more ghetto by the day.
- Police there on several occasions, some type of raid one time also.
- One armed robbery in parking lot that I know of.
- Tenant above me was allowed to move in with 80 pound golden retriever, tenant and dog made so much noise I couldnt think, sleep, live...vowed to move out asap.
- Thin walls, could hear neighbor having really good sex nightly.
- One covered parking spot but you will never find a spot unless you come home at 4pm or never leave. Lots of cars parked in covered parking that never leave complex, my guess is inoperable cars that dont work but they have a sticker! lame
- Groundskeeping is bare minimum
- Construction in field next door for new shopping center, lots of noise and dust flying around.
- Tenant across from us moved out or bailed, had a bunch of new differnt people staying there randomly..people comming to door knocking...office staff would let them in...squatters? Hookers? who knows...
- maintenance people actually do show up fast and fix stuff, that was nice.

Ok, I would say don't bother staying here. By the time the lease was up i was dying to leave, counting the days and minutes to move. The noise from the dog and girl upstairs was horrible! This was my inspiration to buy a house, which I did do! So thanks for that I guess...

lol, too funny who would get this annoyed by a review except someone who works there? I didn't expect the best, but there are plenty of other places that have control of how much noise is going on and how big dogs can be to live there. Like stated in the review, it WAS nice to begin with so I knew it was possible and just got worse. But yes unlike you I DID buy a house and am very happy! Have fun living in these ------ apartments loser!
