Do not move here! I cannot say it enough. I lived here for 1 1/2 years with a roach infestation, a dishwasher that did not work, mold under the sink, laundry area that was constantly broken, and the pool that was not open all summer of 2008. BUT, you are paying for all of this and they are advertising these amenities on their website.
Maintenance did shoddy repairs or no repairs at all. You were stuck with what you rented- I had no choice but to move into an apartment with nasty dirty carpet, a dirty stove and refrigerator, loose tile in the bathroom, shower head leakage and did I mention the roaches'
The corporate office didn't care and I had one office employee tell me the corporate office was always looking for ways to get money out of the tenants. They constantly put memos on your door about new restrictions etc. Management walked the property to see what items were on peoples balconies so they could fine them. I got fined for having a rake on my balcony.
My car was burglerized twice. I reported this to the office, they didn't care. On site security was nonexistent. Confusing memos were put on our doors as to where to park and then the a towing company was hired and I saw residents cars get towed for parking in the wrong spots.
One thing I can say is that I lived among people from all over the world. I felt sorry for them though because some were probably not citizens ans felt threatened to complain about any apartment problems.
The last month I lived here the management company did not pay the City of Dallas so trash was not picked up for about 3 weeks. It was very nasty. I am so glad that I found a new place that I can call home.
The office opens whenever they want to and close for no reason. Maintenance does not work on weekends. The office is closed on Sundays. There was no slot to pay rent so you have to pay when the office is open and there were times I had to take off work to get my rent paid on time.
