Great Place to Live

I have lived here for 6 months and I really like it. The staff and maintenance people are very nice. I stay at home with my 2 year old son and always feel safe. This is absolutely NOT the ghetto. The paint does kind of suck (bad quality) and I have had leaks but the leaks were repaired within 2 days. I have the black on black apartment and I think it's very pretty and definately great for the price. There aren't people out all of the time and I have great neighbors who don't keep me up at night. The landscaping is also well taken care of and the pool is always clean. And my water bill is always really cheap!
