NO BETTER PLACE DOWNTOWN --- PERIOD!

I have been living at the InterUrban Building since April of 2006 and plan to renew my lease. The lofts are beautiful and the people who live here watch out for one another -- it's like family and even the property managers treat the residents like family. I looked at every property downtown before settling here... It has every convenience in the world -- flexible lease terms, storage facilities, a grocery store, awesome cafe with wireless access, and even a bar and patio with live music (only until 10pm and it's not noisy for tenants), and it's very pet friendly --- you never have to leave the building! I would and have recommended this building to others and anyone who has posted anything negative about this place has obviously never lived here or never qualified to live here...
