Interurban Building

This is the best value Downtown bar none. I have looked at other newer and older buildings downtown -and they are ALL really proud of their buildings. 835 square feet starting at $1,350.00' Plus parking and utilties' Gimme a break. I live in a one bedroom for under a $900.00 a month, reserved parking on my floor for $90.00 and I only pay around $50.00 for all of my utilities (water, trash AND even electricity)a complete package for about $1,040.00 a month -and all on top of the grocery and restaurant! Read the "hater" reviews with a grain of salt -a salt lick is required for most actually. Obviously every apartment on here has "haters", they either owe back rent, have gotten a letter from a neighbor telling them to "pipe down" or are just miserable people wherever they go. Yes, the pidgeons are a problem in the pool area, but overall this place is great! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
