I have lived here for almost 2 years and can't wait to move. The management has a lousy habit of posting notices on your door for phantom "utility" charges. Save yourself some time and call Sierra yourself to find out the true charges. The parking situation is horrible. The Interurban company owns the garage but it is managed by Platinum Parking. The gates are broken 97% of the time so your car is not secure. Homeless people can be seen in the halls at random times. Dallas does have a HUGE homeless problem that is not replicated in larger cities. Some of them will leave you alone if you tell them you don't have change and others will continue to harass you. The building has gotten better regarding the animal poop situation but there is still a problem. The noise situation has not changed. It is still loud if you live on either side of the building. If you live on the ends of the building it is a bit quieter but think "dorm life" when you think of this building. There is no stability in management....it has changed about 8 or 9 times since I have lived here. This building is a mess.
