I have lived on this property for about four years and i cant wait until the lease is up. The manager is very attentive to the needs of her Foreigner residents suchs as the nigerians and --------- who came to live here and they keep the noise up by running and yelling often. They constantly hang out after the office has closed and they often just sit and stare at you when you drive up and park. They never speak. And watch your kids because alot of the nigerian children will try to bully them. Ivanhoe has another section and they dont even have grass or a play area. They just try to keep the fron of the apartments up. The laundry room washers almost never work. Parking is scary because some residents have five cars to one apartment and the manager doesnt care. She once said that it doesnt matter the nigerians have a program that pays all their rent on the first of every month and thats all that matters to her. Thats cool but what about the rest of us. JUST DONT DO IT THE ELECTRICITY IS VERY HIGH BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO INSTALL NEW OR BETTER AC UNITS AND THE ONES THEY HAVE BARELY WORK THUSBY PULLING MORE ELECTRICITY CAUSING A HIGH BILL. Everyone who has to pay their bills complain about it.
