There is poor building number placement. When you order pizza or have guests to come see you, they know your apt. # but cannot find the bldg. # cause they are not placed conspicuously. Being under the Addison airport flight pattern, you will experience lots of noise from jets at all hours. And the nearby railroad train traffic doesn't help either. Timeliness of repairs on potholes throughtout complex took a whole year to fix. Speed bumps that were installed 2 yrs. ago were way too high causing most cars undercarriage too be scrapped. Office promised to lower them, but still waiting 2 yrs.later. Living on the second of 3 floors doesn't help you have a quiet evening, because of noisy neighbors above (poor sound insulation between our celing and the 3rd floor's apt. floor - they remind me of a bowling team and a herd of elephants stampeding all hours of the day and night). Complaints made to the neighbors above directly and to the office have proved fruitless. Also, their rules that prevent us from putting sunblocking material on our South facing windows SUCKS!!!(This causes too much heat in apt. and higher electric bills than what we should be paying). We would not recommend this to our worst enemies. In closing, just like it is said of Elvis, "We have left the building/complex".
