I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and it is quite adorable, great layout, nice big bathrooms with garden tubs but after numerous complaints to management we just cant seem to get anyone to address our issues. I wouldnt recommend living here if you are older than 25.

It is a constant frat party here and the noise alone is enough to drive you crazy. The drunken kids out by the pool are always my favorite because the screaming and yelling echoes throughout the entire apartment complex especially if you live directly off the parking garage.

The walls are so thin you can hear the people above you opening drawers and talking especially in the bathroom. We have filed noise complaints regarding our new neighbors upstairs and nothing has been done to correct the problem. They have a child who runs back and forth all night long and all we hear is running, jumping, and falling down then comes the screaming. We dont have children nor do we want any so I dont know why I have to be subjected to this every single day of my life now. The office doesnt even bother responding to my annoying messages anymore. Calgon take me away

Lets not forget about the idiotic frat boys with their huge pick up trucks with the W stickers on the backwho drive really fast throughout the parking garage squealing their tires while throwing beer bottles at the truck behind them. Welcome to Jefferson at Texas Saturday night. I guess this is what country boys do after moving to the city in lieu of cow tipping.

If you live on the first floor near the mailbox please expect to be blocked out of your parking space (the one parking space you get) on a regular basis so you can wait for some inconsiderate resident to check his/her mail and litter up the mail room. You would think the management would consider a bigger trash can or maybe two trash cans. This is only if you can even get in the parking garage there is only one call box and entrance into the parking garage so if someone is trying to call a resident and cant get through then the backup at the entrance gates can get a bit congested.

Well its time for me to bang on the ceiling at the loud neighbors, my new nightly ritual. Hope this has been somewhat helpful to you.

If you do not like children, then I would suggest moving to a house. Children are a protected class. Do you not know anything about the laws!!!
