I have lived here a while, and all in all the plave is great, nice and quiet the staff is great, and good cares team. However on the flipside the property does not seem to be as clean as it could be. The parking garage is allways full of trash people tend to put the tash out when ever they please. Often on a daily basis. I have also noticed trash in the stair wells, like beer cans and such just waiting for someone to trip over. The area outside the parking garage is really nice (courtyards, pool, walkways), but where alot of prople spend there time is walking from there car to their place, or going to check the mail (which is a junkyard on certain days), which most often require a pass throught the garage.
