This place looks pretty on the outside, and is a mess on the in. Do you like to get woken up nearly every morning at 7:30 while the maintenance does the lawn or "blows" the parking garage with a blower for HOURS at a time - this noise literally goes on for HOURS at least once per week, and it doesn't clean anything- they just blow dirt from one side to the next. You can't get anythign done during the day if you work from home and there are many more things that need working on other than blowing the garage. Speakign of the garage, it's the worst design ever. You can hear cars driving through it while you sit on your sofa. The office doesn't do anythign about complaints - especially noise complaints. Call the cops is what they will tell you, and that doesn't do anything. The trash is a mess - most people do not heed the M, W, F schedule. They waste paper warning tenants they will fine them $50 per bag. But when you see a neighbor doing it and you tell the office, they won't do anything. It's a complete joke. The apartments are poorly constructed - so they may look great with shiny granite countertops and modern appliances, but the basic construction is shotty. Everything from leaking roofs, to hearing everything your neighbor says. The gated parking garage also does nothing for safety. They ask you not to let a stranger in, but the traffic backs up so bad at the phone at the gate, that you have to let someone in if they don't have a key card because there is no way for them to backup. You also have to go all the way to the end of the garage at the elevator for the sensor to even work to close the gate - so there's time to allow at minimum 5 cars in behind you. Theft has also been an issue here and they don't do anything about it. Their CARE program is basically a way for the girls in the office to get drunk with their favorite tenants on a regular basis...and those tenants also get preferred treatment. If you are smart, you won't be fooled by this shiny exterior. I'm very sad I was.
