#1 Looks nice, but looks can be deceiving.
#2 Tenants are very young and maturity is a big issue. Lack respect for others, noise is out of control. Garbage is just about everywhere and the empty beer bottles left on the hood of my car were the last straw.
#3 Trash issue is beyond repair. Again it's all about the tenants being pigs. The office will send out reminder letters but the office does not enforce their own rules.
#4 The so called view of the city for the last 4 years has been a dirty, nasty, vacant lot. Don't pay the bigger buck for a crappy view.
#5 Although the staff are very nice, they are slow to handle tenant issues.
#6. Security gates are no security at all. Tenants let everyone in and the car break-ins are all the proof you need.
#7 When it rains water seeps through patio french doors. Both mine and the persons above me. I now have water marks all over the ceiling. Not attracting and after calling the office, no one came to fix.
#8 The apartment walls are paper thin. You can hear just about everything.
#9 I think the person above me wears lead boots. It's horrible.
#10 The rent prices are $$$$ and not worth it.
#11 Hallways look nasty (dirty walls, light fixtures filled with piles of dead bugs, concrete floors are filthy and stained).
