I lived there for six months before moving due to health issues. The staff was the most professional I have dealt with. All maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and fixed right the first time. The facility was well maintained.

Parking-4. High Rise garage. Assigned space limited to one for a one bedroom apartment and occasionally guest parking or second car could be a problem, but was clearly explained to me prior to selecting.

Noise-4. Excellent compared to most apartments. No noise from other units. Some noise from those walking, talking or leading dogs down corridors.

Grounds-4. Well maintained in every way except for the common trash problem with many complexes providing pick up. That is some tenants just will not follow rules and put trash out when they shouldn't.

Safety-4. Good compared to overall apartment community. However, like all others I've seen, the garage or parking in the case of non high rise isn't truly secure. It is always possible to follow another car in and the security patrol can't be everywhere at once.

Construction-5. Very solid. I did not have or witness any construction defect related issue.

Maintenance-5. Every request completed within one day and done right the first time. Added to that is willingness to help in ways many don't. For instance, due to high ceilings in living area, maintenance does change bulbs.

Staff-5. The office, management, and leasing staff was a pleasure to be around and to do business with in every way.

Overall-5. If I was looking to move back to downtown Dallas, it would absolutely be here.

Other points. Moving can be a pain as if using a large moving truck it requires walk up steps to any floor other than first. Community events at upper level in quantity and quality. Like most complexes today, has large difference between available pricing and market pricing published, so don't let those prices scare you from considering. That almost happened to me except a friend tipped me off.
