Don't rent here if you like to sleep at night. Seems like there are always groups of people hanging out in the courtyards right outside your bedroom window carrying on loud conversations at 11, 12, 1 and 2 o'clock at night. Or someone sits on one of the benches outside your apartment and talks on their cellphone half the night. The walls are too thin to block out much of the noise. This place is louder than the Village but much more expensive.

The only thing I hear is the air conditioner, which is beyond too loud. The architects of this place either were on drugs or are just retards because they built it so that the a/c units share a wall with the neighboring bedroom. So not only is it too loud to sleep, but you can't control it.
