Now called Marquis at Texas St, this place is over-priced for what little you get. The walls are thin so you can hear every single thing, including the cheap a/c units that are not efficient. The architects who designed this place must have rode the short bus in school because your neighbor's a/c unit will border your wall and keep you up at night anytime your neighbor has it on. Some of the staff are condescending and need to be bitched out thoroughly. The manager is nice though.
