Rats, Roaches, and NOISE!

I've been here for almost two years now and with the turnover in management and many times over in the staff this place SUCKS! The rent is way too much, the walls are super thin, there are rats ALL OVER the place near the pool... you wanna know why' I'll tell you, the trash service that is provided is a system where people put their full trash bags lying in the parking garage in piles for half a day before the staff picks it all up. Can we say UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING! Not to mention that the grounds and buildings are not exterminated regularly so now they even have ROACHES! STAY AWAY from the MARQUIS AT TEXAS STREET!
