I have never written a review about anything so for me to do this must mean I feel very strongly about my opinions. This is by far the worse apt I have ever lived in. For the overpriced apt you get thin walls, dirty grounds and a courtyard that looks like a doggie dumping station. To add to the uncleanliness factor, the noise is ridiculous! I have had to actually call security more than once at 4am! Also-what they fail to tell you when you sign up...they accept section 8 housing. I was outraged when I found out and have decided to go ahead and move out. I am a single girl and like to go outside at night walking and just don't feel safe at all. I love the neighborhood and area and have found a great townhouse with twice the amount of space for almost the same amount of a one bedroom, worth checking them out. I dont know who this is but the new people in the office have turned this place a round. The grounds a very clean. Also they do not have section 8 housing... It is affodable housing and it has nothing to do with the gov. For one person they cant make more than like 38,000. I can tell you right now that is not a low amount of money. I love this place and I will live here untill I meet someone and buy a house.
