When I read the ROACH review prior to moving in, I thought it was an isolated problem (NO!!!). I'm not talking about small roaches or sporadic sightings, they're big AND small disgusting ROACHES throughout the apts!!! In the kitchen (especially), shower, living room, bedroom ceiling, refrigerator, kitchen food pantry,everywhere. Mangement "sprayed" and visited my apt to determine if it was kept clean, uh...yes. These apts would be alright if they did not have ROACHES. Mangement KNOWS the complex has ROACHES and continues to lease to unsuspecting tenants. Let's be fair, some people may be ok w/ ROACHES but, management should advise future tenants of this ongoing ROACH infestation problem rather than try to trap tenants into leases after signing! They're desperate to lease these nasty, roach infested apts out so the rent is cheap, just know more than humans will be living w/ you. You can legally break lease if you occupy a roach infested apt (friend in Houston did). I HATE KELLY CROSSING APTS, Never again.

I know how you feel as a past resident. I had three different sprays that I used weekly. I had to get the cracks, any hole I could find and inside the plug sockets to keep them at bay. Good luck getting out of your lease, I went to managment company and got a to bad you will not be let out of your lease. Does the garbage still pill up because the people throw it out whenever they want and the pick up is mon wed and fri? I moved to a place that I have to pay more but is better kept and worth the extra money. I also had a problem with people washing thier dog poo down on me from apartment above. I had to pay around 35 bucks to leave this apartment, administration fee, and 15 for a spot on carpet. Never did receive my deposit back. I totally agree with what you have said and good luck.
