When we first moved in it was great till summer really hit. No cool air upstairs, have to run fans thru out..then the air keeps breaking down since it is an water cool system that is controled by the front office.
When complaining about maint. we still have not used out shower in the master bedroom since october of last year! Walls have mold growing which i was told was not a health hazzard. Over all will be glad to move when lease is up.

Funny I lived there for some years and last year reported a leak and mold issue and the only thing they did was close that door in my ceiling hallway where the leak was coming from and patched the leak- MOLD WAS NEVER TAKEN CARE OF and to top it all off it took 2 months of submitting request about the leak before anything happened. Even better one is this I hadn't used my air since '07 due to the leakage and mold issue that when I finally did use it as I was cleaning the apartment to move it guess what...the leak came baaaack. I'm wondering since it was controlled if they actually messed it up on purpose to get me to leave. I was a pretty good tenant and only submitted request if need be. I never went into the leasing office, paid my rent & electric and went on my way. Sad part about it is after I saw the botched job on the leak issue I never made another report about anything being broken. My theory is this if you can't fix it right the first time I guess you'll have a whole slew of problems when the tenant leaves. On top of all that the base around my floor was coming apart, at some point I wondered if I had termites. Do you think I was going to report it, nope. Again if you can't fix not only a leak but a mold issue then why waste my time reporting anything.
