Hello!

First off I'd like to say that I've been here for about 4 yrs. I started off in a 1 bedroom under a different management. After 6 mths I transferred into a 2 bedroom after the new group took over it has been nothing but, hell. The pool is fealthy dirty and there is never anyone hanging by the pool, work out room sucks they have gotten new machines but still have a lot of the same old ones, there is no air conditioner in the work out room which leads to them having the door open most of the time. There aren't any cool amenities at all all they can sell you on is the complex facing and over looking the golf course. Be prepared after your lease is over that they are going to go up about $300.00 and I swear I'm not exaggerating. I'm so fed up first, off let me begin with the plumbing issues they were working at the apt above me fixing pluming I live on the first floor and my bathroom just started leaking through the celieng it took them about 3 days to fix it than the man tells me he'll comeback over he didn't show up till yesterday 7/9/09 that was 2 wks ago from when it happend. It only gets worse from here on out next door someone broke into the apt and left the water faucet running and the water started seeping through the floor over to us. Down below you can see the pics. I clld the maintenance guy early that fri when it happend he came in and soaked the water out but, never fixed the problem from within 2 days later I came home Sunday night around 9pm and my floor had been completely flooded in the kitchen, master bedroom bathroom, guest bedroom, 1/2 of my living room. I clld the emergency maintenance crew the came right over to soak the water out they didn't leave until 1:00 am mind you I've work. After 5 days since this happend they showed up at my door after calling the front office and remind them that hello did you forget about me' ------ told me she'd get back to me and I never heard back from her. Finally they showed up at my door yesterday only to replace the pads underneath cleaned the carpets sloppy and my place still smells like mold. I spoke with -------- about it she is a complete total ----- and if you've a problem she gives you attitude back and won't give you any names to talk to or call any other than herself. Do not move here because we live right across from the ghetto there has been several break ins happening my window got broken into it took them exactly a wk after -------- told me it would take 24 hrs. to fix.. I missed a full wk of work why' so my things wouldn't get stolen it was visibly outside where many ppl walk there dogs behind the golf course and they covered the window with a huge card board. Like hello break in! They are lowering their rates because its almost empty everyone is moving out including ppl that have stayed for 21 yrs. This place is a mess and so are the 2 ------- that work in the front who by the way gossip and know all of your business. There used to be decent ppl that live here and now it's like living right across the st. where the ghetto is. Be prepared to go to the pool and see kids in their undies swimming. Ask anyone that has lived here over 2 yrs and they will tell you the same or even have more horror stories for you. Stay far away from this place.
