Employees who work for this complex will enter your apartment while you are away and case it - deciding if you anything of value.
After that, you will be robbed. It will be an inside job made to look like an outside one - your robbers will take the time to at least break your window or door open before entering your unit.
I monitored 3 young hispanic males hit several units during my stay here. They have an informant working within the complex who directs their actions.
You are under constant surveilance from your robber - they will know exactly when to hit you.
DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY POSITIVE POSTS ABOUT THIS PLACE.
YOU WILL BECOME A VICTIM OF A CRIME IF YOU MOVE HERE.
IF YOU LIVE HERE NOW, PACK YOUR STUFF AND MOVE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT NOTIFY THE COMPLEX. THEY WILL ROB YOU BEFORE YOU MOVE IF YOU DO.
ALSO, DO THE COMMUNITY OF DALLAS A FAVOR, LIGHT A MATCH AND BURN THIS COMPLEX DOWN.
