I live there now simply becuase I'm a poor graduate student and you can't beat $585 for 1000 sq. ft.
I'm 6' 225 lbs, so I don't worry much about my safety, however, when I have guests, I meet them at their car and walk them in and out at all times of the day. The combined staff IQ is below 100, the maintenance sucks, and the gates they promised will NEVER work, I don't care what they say.
Not a nice place, but you pay for what you get.
