I am sure that there are bad things about the complex, maybe more than others, but I have not seen them as of yet. Like the previous review I have lived here for only 3 months. The only difference is that I have no complaints. Our move was flawless with Hayes checking out the unit to make sure it looked good and that everything was clean, etc. I have heard from neighbors saying that the maintenance was slow (if they came at all), but that with the new management that things were turning around for the better. We had a problem with the air consitioner not cooling properly. We told the office about the problem and within a couple days maintenance had come and fixed it. Now we hardly use it because it cools SOOO well. The gates, at least on our end, are working everyday...which is a plus. I only have a couple of complaints so far. One is that the workout room needs some maintenance. Most of the machines are not hooked up and there are only a couple pins for the weights. The other complaint is that now that the weather is turning warmer, the pools and pool area need to be cleaned and ready for swimmers.
