It seems an insult that so many residents with too much time and a computer want to talk badly about a community that for the past 7 months when greystar took over has had nothing but a positive effect on this property. I have read all of the reviews and I'm convinced that those residents that want to complain about gates, security, neighbors, dogs, cats, children,or greystar employees in general have no idea what they are talking about. I have personally lived on this property for years, as well as many of my personal friends I have referred and I have had no problems of any sort in the reviews that I have read. If your worried about your car, then lock it and don't leave valuables inside. The gates even if working everyday, still doesnt keep criminals out. Jaymar Security is all over the property and does an extremely good job. For the residents that want to whine about neighbors and disputes, call judge judy. I'm sure not everyone can be made happy all of the time. If you want to bad mouth the community and the staff running it, just try to put yourselves in their shoes, I cant even imagine the responsability that goes with running a complex as large as this one. I commend the management and its staff for all that they have done and in 7 months it's more than the old management company did in the last 7 years.

I love it!!! Black mold, raw sewage flowing down the sidewalk, murders and violent crime and roofs that they refused to repair for so long that all the plaster fell off of the wet spot are minor complaints that I shouldn't bother to complain about? If you think this is reality, you NEED to move someplace and get a clue what service and livability is! People like you are empowering them to keep doing this!

If you would re-read, the writer of that post wasn't saying it was a good place to live. He/She was saying thank you to the staff for TRYING to make it better. You're an idiot.
