I too read the reviews before moving here in Feb.. But i decided the people with a gripe come here to vent, the people who are happy you never hear from. Well, i for one am quite pleased. I came here from an Uptown highrise apartment and find this quite setting much more desirable than the downtown setting. I have not really seen any crime to speak of, a few grafitti areas here and there and a few broken property lights, but other than that...it looks pretty nice. The management team does a very good job and are much more friendly than where i came from. I would and will recommend this property to my friends as soon as i find out if it really is on the market for sale. I realize that 'everything' is for sale, if the right price comes along. I just want to make sure it isnt going to be demolished as some of the stories state. i realize management says that it isnt, but of course that is always going to be what they say no matter what; that is just business sense.
