I have lived in tons of apartment communities in four different states. Lakeside is by far, the worst place I have ever lived. Requests for maintenance go unresolved and the office just grins and says "we'll take care of it" while they laugh as you walk out the door. The security here is non-existent. The gates are for looks only and anyone can get in if they wait long enough. I have never once seen a landscape crew or lawn maintenance. Trash is everywhere. Stray cats are in abundance. Loud parties. Swimming pools are open until all hours of the night, so pity those residents close to a pool. Broken down vehicles line the parking lot. Unless you know self defense or carry a gun, do not walk alone outside.

This is the biggest ---- hole I have ever encountered. Save yourself a headache and move across the street.
