I lived at this residence when it was formerly Summerlake Village. I had numerous problems. I was without hot water for a whole. No real reason as to why it couldn't get fixed. They said it was a boiler and would take a week or two to get fixed. I either had to go somewhere else to shower or just take a cold one! My roommates car was broken into not only once but twice. Had to replace window and Radio was stolen umongst other valuables. We just had numerous problem until we had to break our lease.
