Scratch everything I had written. This place is crap. My Master bedroom has flooded for the fourth time. And they won't f***ing fix it. First its cause of some pipe *assuming here* Did a S***y job fixing the hole they cut in my wall. 2nd time left a huge hole in my closet. 3rd time no help. "oh its the sprinkler... can't fix it while you live there... oh it was the rain...." Flooded again this morning. I am taking it to the Managment company. They won't even get me a hotel room. I went 3 days with out air. I have an 18mo. As*ses.
I have a 6mo lease and am only on week 2. We had a ant/roach infestation, took them almost a week to fumigate. I have caulking all over my living room window, they had to replace my fridge, fix my stove, I had part of my counter fall on my toe. These are all kinda big things, however the apartment is huge. I'm sure with some tlc the place could be great even if that means fixing things myself. They need to clean the "lake" the part close to the office is pristine however the farther away you get the dirtier it is. These apartments need some serious tlc. The gate closest to my apt is never closed. But we are going to give it a few months then decide if its where we want to stay for a while or move ASAP. I do like the place. Plenty of kids.
