Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived there two years, not by choice but due to a so called deal I was given by the so called "management".... needless to say all repairs I did on my own due to the maintennance were clueless or just played dumb like they didn't speak any english... Oh but they sure were paid in American dollars, hmmm kinda goes along with the entire team there. From the numerous daily breakins, car thefts, & dope selling that takes place I'd far feel safe in Oak Cliff by all means. Oh and the deceased resident that was kept under wraps.... hmm Dallas police has this as a red zone, I'm sure you know all too well what that means... This will never get better due to the fact they will accpet anyone and anything for tenant purposes, not to mention the scammed elec bills due to un rented units... good luck
