Since moving here I have had problems with people trying to have swimming parties all night long on weekdays! At the time security was Jaymar. They were a joke I don't know how many times I saw those guys at the Exxon on break instead of watching our community.I could hear conversations from the people in the pool in my room. That's how thin the windows are. I have heard about a MURDER! but management claims the guy survived. Makes me feel a whole lot better! I have had a PEEPING TOM! at my window and I live on the 2nd floor! Breakins' I haven't had that happen to me personally but I do know of it happening to my neighbor and a friend that lives here too. I see kids playing outside after dark with no supervision. Cars cruising the parking lots looking suspicious. Security seems a lot better now that Jaymar is gone but unfortunately the new security consist of two guys to patrol the whole complex and they are only here between 6pm to 6am. I'm just glad crime don't exist outside those hours. I have neighbors that are nice enough to share their music with the rest of us even though the majority of us are sleeping at those precious moments. Management should be patted on the back after all they show you the nice well kept apartments up front then place you in the back of the complex when you move in. Some neighbors also think we have curb side trash service "WE DON'T". It's a shame that people including property management think so little of themselves that we have to live in third world country environment. I'm sure if management really wanted to. This complex could be both safe and affordable at the same time.I have no doubts I'm out here as soon as my lease is up. Take it from someone that has lived here a little less than one year. Don't be fooled by the cheap rent, the promises they might make to you at the leasing office. IT'S VERY BAD NOW, I WOULD REALLY BE AFRAID OF THIS PLACE EVEN SIX MONTHS FROM NOW.
