I have been a resident of Lakeside at Walnut Hill for the past two years and it has been nothing but pure torture. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done around here. I am still waiting on maitenance issues that were never completed when I moved in! I seem to always get a hold of new employes everytime I call in a request and it is almost like the request falls off the face of the earth and is never seen or heard from again. The staff apear to be semi concerned with my problelms when I call them in but once I hang the phone it's almost like they laugh the issue off and go about there merry little ways once again ignoring the issues at hand. Lately there has been vandalism which in and around my apartment building. There is broken glass on the front door way where the light fixture was busted out by vandals which I have called about twice now in the past two days and it has yet to be cleaned up. The only reason I stay a tenant in this complex is because of the inexpensive rent. If I could I would be running, not walking to a new place to call home. I would never recomend anyone,not even my worst enemy, to live at Lakeside at Walnut Hill.
