Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
THESE APARTMENTS ARE CRAP. WITH IN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS MY MASTER BEDROOM FLOODED 5 TIMES. 7 FLOODS TOTAL IN THE APARTMENT IN THE 11 MONTHS I'VE BEEN HERE. VERY UN-HELPFULL STAFF. DON'T EXPECT QUICK SERVICE FROM THE MAINTENCE EITHER. JUST CRAP UPON CRAP UPON CRAP. THE "LAKE" IS SO DIRTY THAT IT SMELLS. THE SECURITY GATES ARE NEVER CLOSED. 3 VACANT APARTMENTS AROUND MINE ARE NEVER LOCKED AND ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE GO IN AND OUT OF THEM AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT AND DAY. NOT VERY SAFE.
