I was here for just 6 months and ended up moving into a private residence afterwards. I didn't have many problems. However, when I needed to address the staff, they were courteous. Some of my neighbors ended up getting into a scuffle with people from outside the complex, but I don't fault management for that. Management is not there to babysit supposed grown-ups. Treat the people and property with respect and give proper written notice and you won't have problems. In the end, I got my deposit money back with no problem.
