Comment from a Townhome renter

I had one of the Townhouses in the front of the community for about 2 years. They look nice at first glance, but there's lots of problems with them. The AC/Heating vents are in locations that very ineffective and the result ends up being larger rooms don't get cool or warm. The hot water heater was also very small and in the winter the hot water would be gone after one 10 minute shower. There's also no pantry in the kitchen. There are several cabinets overhead, but my shorter girlfriend couldn't reach them easily. It made stocking food difficult.
Aside from those problems of the layout and design of that apartment, we were broken into once and had a couple mice that would chew through food containers. The office staff was particularly bad. After I reported the break-in they simply replied, "okay we'll post a note," and nothing more. No note was ever posted either. Best thing I can say about this place is that I never had a problem with parking.
