My wife lived at these apartments before we were married for about two months. within that time she had nothing but problems. The management was rude, inattentive and never in the office during the posted hours. The maintenance never fixed a large hole in the bathroom wall despite numerous complaints. They did however tape trashbags over it. Yea.
This horror fnally culminated in her apartment being burgaled. There was no 24 hour number to reach the apartment management or maintenance and when we finally did they did not seem suprised. We asked if she could break her lease due to the problems and not feeling safe and on the recommendation of the police officer who came to file a report. They aggreed and said that she would not be responsible for the remainder of the payment and did not have to pay a relet fee. Two months later a collection agency called and said that she owed 5,000 dollars to the apartments. When we went to talk to the management we found that they had been sold. We disputed it and the collection calls stopped with no credit reporting. I can not think of a way to discourage you enough. This is the lowest pit of hideous malignancy on the earth and you should avoid it if you value your life.
