All the negative comments you see here are absolutely true. I lived here for more than 3 years.
Current residents I know that still live there tell me they will have to move because the place is being bulldozed and rebuilt.
roofs leak, sewage pipes leak, pools are unusable, unoccupied appartments are unlocked, security is nowhere to be seen, gates are always broken, maintenance is unresponsive and ineffective, sewage pools in yards and garages, poor heating and cooling, very very poor and abusive management staff.
This place tried to take my security deposit on move out. I have never had a landlord keep any part of my security deposit in 20 years of renting with 6 landlords.

if its so bad then why have you lived there for 3 years thats kind of dumb hello.... there must be sumthin there that keeps u...thank you... you just inspired me to go and check out the apts for myself....good work!!
