Supposedly a move-in special of $250. I wanted the 1 bdrm for $535, but none were avail, so I was allowed a bigger one (normally priced at $630) to live in for 6 months, and move to a smaller one then. I moved in the middle of the month, paid the $250. Then told I needed to pay for 1/2 a months rent. ('!'!). That was no $250 special!. The landscaping was nice, and my apartment was huge. However, when the 6 months was up, I went to the office to see what they had for smaller 1bdrms at $535. None, but had some for $595. A leasing agent took me around the complex, and I immediately felt like I was in some bar, being approached by an arrogant idot asking those "trying to get to know you" kinda questions. totally uncomfortable. I went to the office to get shown an apartment, not be hit on. After I left the office, I decided to move out of the complex. I was due a refund of $15..and waited the usual 30 days. Nothing. Called them, they tracked it, it was sent to the wrong address and return to them. 2 weeks later, nothing. I call the office, and am told the mgr is not avail. I leave her a message, wait a week, no return call. Call again, same thing. Next day, same thing. I ask for the property mgmt's # and they ask why.. I said "so I can complain..this is ridiculous". The mgr gets on the phone (ahh she WAS avail). Tells me she will look into it. Wait a week nothing.
Get the same treatment. She will call you back. One day I was so fed up, I kept calling back every 1/2 hour til I got to speak to her. I had to say "she never returns my call, so I'm gonna keep calling til I talk to her". Finally I went up there in person..she comes out and say she has to contact their people who handle the money, they dont have it there. 3 months after I was due to receive it, I get it. Good God. I can only hope she has been replaced by now. The fitness center finally opened, but now it cost $50 to have access. The laundry rooms are left unlocked, and the little box the quarters falls into was constantly broken into. neighbors were so so. most were respectful, others were transients that stared at any girls that walked by.
move elsewhere...

I think that you have our community mixed up with some other community. All of the laundry areas are on a card so no cash is needed to use them. The fitness room is a ammentiy for our residents and there is no charge for that either. I can't believe if you lived here for 6months and you did not know this information. Did you really live here? Because if you were charged for that please contact the office immediately I would love to here from you.
