Last night a lady was robbed at gun point leaving out her front door. These apartments are very UNSAFE and if you want to live then DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is just not one isolated event. There have been several cases like this one. I am a single female who lives alone and I can't imagine living here any longer. The apartments are old and the management is the WORST EVER!! Take my advice and find a safer place to live.

I have lived here for 5 years, and I have never seen a prospect walk around with a small child in the heat for 3 hours to make sure this is where they want to live. Are you stupid? The rent is cheap, and the service is better than anywhere else for the price of this rent. Take your "800" credit score somewhere else. Again, are you stupid? Buy a house! Apperently you were not approved and you are the only one acting like trash. None of the maint. people speak enough english to say those things. I guess their bill would be high if the door is left open and it is 99 degrees outside. Again are you stupid?

From what i see this blonde girl in the office is a real peice of white trash. My wife and i walked around the grounds thinkin of renting a 2 bedroom unit. " have 800 credit score and 5 years great rental history mind you" Well we walk up to the gate in the back and notice it is obviously broken. I saw a worker and asked when the gate would be fixd ? He took me aside and said dont move in you look like nice people and i can asure you .... " they will screw you the apartments are hell and they openly tell us to cut corners on every work order." I said to him " well if this is true why do you work here? Because if i quit with bad standings i'll never get a job localy again the blonde in the office loves to screw people. Then i asured him i wouldnt say a word. this was yesterday at 2pm..... My open opinion of what i have read and seen on this property: i walked the grounds with my wife and child for 3 hours inspecting every inch of the place. It is very obvious the place has serious issues and future renters on the look out for a sure " deal" should turn around and look for a diffrent place. Walk around for your self and ask people who live on the grounds 99.9% of the people you ask will say leave and dont come back. We went to the renting office it was closed yet it was 2:35 in the afternoon????? So i sent my wife home and looked around more for myself and found the following: by the Creek bed you will see dead rats floating clear as day . A huge trash container on the grounds OVERFLOWING with junk and rats going in and out of it for food. I took pictures because this kind of thing is just wrong i sent the proof and my report to the BBB and posted it on myspace and other web forums for all to see. Then i walked around another corner to see what was goin on i heard yelling and screaming LOUDLY comin from a unit with its door open. A girl runs out and says her husband is fliping out because he got an electric bill for 280 bucks and they said If he wont pay it he will be askd to leave. Apperntly they had been away on vacation for 2 weeks that month; and he didnt understand how his electric bill could be so high when nothing was being used? As somone who is not even a renter on the grounds for people to come up and just tell me outright about the goings on was scary. Sorry for extremly long ranting but im just upset for those people =/ DONT MOVE IN PEOPLE WALK AWAY FAST! Also people i really would recomend before you move in to a place INSPECT the grounds and apartments as best you can AND talk to renters GET the full low down before screwing your self for 1 year to a sh%% hole.

if I had know i would not have moved in. when i was living here 7yrs ago it was perfect but now I am waiting for my renewal to be up and I will run for my life.
