I have been a resident here now for 6 months,what I've noticed is that they've extended my lease an extra month,I moved in in March,I am counting that my 6 months should've been up in July,not August 31st.Also,someone got shot outside of my apts.I have seen people get out of their cars and as soon as they get in the their apt.,some crackhead opens their car door and go thru some of their things.I did not recieve an electric bill for 3 months later and it had all kinds of crazy things on it...dang,am I paying for everyone here!!Unfortunately,maintenance is crappy!It's a nice looking community,but I am disappointed...had not planned on paying out 1300-1400 per month for this place.I asked them If there was a bug problem,she told me no...first week here I see this big bug(what I now know to be a cockroach!),yukk!

i am also a resident here and can totally understand everything as above. the electric bill was a no show for 3 months because it goes through the apt. office instead of you choosing your own. so when you get it, it is high as hell. NOTE: they don't go by your indiv. usage. they go by how many occupants in your apt. and the square footage. so the bigger you get, the more money the bill is.. they don't tell you this in the beginning, that is how they get you. and this is not common in dallas to even ask about. oh yeah, you never ever know how much your usage is either. i have yet to write my own review...please look for mine...the name is serpentine05. i have got more to say to persuade you NOT to live here if i haven't persuaded you already.
