Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
I have lived at lakeside for 7 years. I love my apt but I am tried of haveing to have everything fixed from the electircal problesm to changing a light but at least once a week. The foundation is severley cracked and the neighbot hood is ghetto and has gone DOWN hill. You ask why am I still here not for long I am moving in Dec I would NOT reccomend this complex to anyone. Even when they tear them down and rebuild the managment will still suck and they will always seem to mess things up. I would say there are many many more choices but this apt complex is dead last. Good luck and happy apt hunting.
