I don't know what crazy person is writing all these negative reviews but after living in a real crap hole in San Antonio, this place is great! It actually is in a GREAT neighborhood in North Dallas. There are million dollar homes down the street. The apartment is a little old but it is HUGE and quiet. The management/staff is very nice and we haven't had any problems with them in our needs. Like a previous writer said, if you live in a large apartment community, there are going to be all types of people, good and bad. There are, however, officers on the grounds that I understand are Dallas police.
