We live on a first floor unit directly beside the office, and the car stereo noise is become a big nuisance. We moved into a unit that was remodeled just before we moved in, so everything was still brand new. The appliances are very nice black Whirlpool and the wood (cabinets and floors) look like cherry. The grounds, the residents, and the staff are all pretty great. We feel safe walking around at night and have never had any big problems with the apartment or any of the people here. My only complaint that gets brushed off by management every time is the stereo noise.
I realize that this is an apartment complex, and some noise is to be expected. But when the bass rattles the windows and things bounce off the wall, you'd think someone would listen to a resident. It wakes my baby up often and annoys me to no end. I shouldn't have to confront people in the parking lot to ask them to turn their radio down while they sit outside my window bassing away.
But, like I said, if you don't mind the noise (some people don't) then this is a great property! Highly recommended!
