No problems, we liked the community

We've lived in LC for 6 months and had to vacate because we have moved out of Dallas now. Overall, it is a good community to live in, no major complaints.
Pros:
1. Decent apartment units
2. All appliances functioned properly, we had issues with our W&D, but the maintenance responded and fixed it promptly.
3. No roaches in our unit.
4. There were no unreasonable charges deducted from the security deposit. The management has been fair.
5. We felt safe here.
6. Groceries and shopping within walking distance.
7. Parking has not been a problem.
8. Insulation has been great, our electricity bill was very less compared to what we had paid while in other community ( the apartment size being the same ).
9. Water & Sewer charges have been reasonable and much lesser than what we had paid at the other community.
Cons:
1. Gym equipments do not function properly, though it has been brought to the management's attention numerous times, they've not been fixed.
2. Common areas are not well maintained, especially because the pet-owners do not pick up after their pets and management doesnt do anything about this. The most irresponsible pet-owners also walk their pets in the tennis court and you can see the impact the next day, as they just let their pets do anything here and do not pick up.
3. Not all pets are on leash, so we have to be careful while walking within the community.
4. Some loud noise from a nearby hotel where some sort of partying goes on during weekends ( but this is negligible if inside the house ).
I'd recommend this property to anyone.
