I was a resident of the Madison for one year & made the move to jump ship after a RODENT/RAT became a resident of my apartment that was located on the SECOND FLOOR! yes....It is true.

After 2 months of being the apartment our air conditioner was constantly on the blink & never completely fixed.

We were never late on our rent & submitted non-stop requests to the office for the apartment problems.

I wouldnt wish this complex on my worse enemy.
